At Elbowsshrefine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return Rivis System within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Your Right to Return (14 Days)

Cooling-Off Period: 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

You can return your order for any reason without needing to provide justification, provided the conditions below are met.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

• Unopened: In original, sealed packaging
• Unused: Never been opened or consumed
• Undamaged: Original packaging intact (fair wear and tear acceptable)
• Complete: With all original contents and documentation

We cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements for safety and hygiene reasons.

5. Refund Amount

Full Refund: Product price (£41.99) will be refunded to your original payment method (courier payment).

Not Refundable:

• Original delivery fee (if any)
• Return shipping costs

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, with missing items, or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you
• Return shipping will be covered by us

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used supplements
• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Items returned after 14 days
• Items returned without original packaging

8. Return Status

9. Refund Methods

Since you paid the courier upon delivery, your refund will be:

• Refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card used with courier)
• Processing time: 5-10 working days after refund approval
• Your bank may take an additional 2-3 working days to process

10. Defective Products

If Rivis System is faulty (e.g., defective seal, contamination, incorrect product):

• Report within 7 days with evidence (photos, description)
• We will send a replacement free of charge
• Return shipping label will be provided

11. Your Consumer Rights

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

• Goods must match the description on our website
• Goods must be of satisfactory quality
• Goods must be fit for purpose
• Request repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty within 6 months (food supplements may have shorter periods)
